For Loes and Renée Wijnhoven, 1 + 1 always remained 1. The twins from Brabant both have 'something' (read: a lot) with music and with Christmas. They were already going through life as Clean Pete when they brought their two loves together in a musical Christmas show. Loes on guitar, Renée on cello and as a bipartite they also sing: sometimes in two voices, sometimes every man for himself. Mainly in their mother tongue, with their own work that is halfway between cabaret and folk.
