KVL factory

Unique hot spot in Oisterwijk

From an abandoned factory, the site of the old leather factory has been transformed into a unique hotspot for Oisterwijk and the surrounding area, where art, culture, history and culinary delights can be found together. With the European Ceramic Work Center (EKWC), Bij Robèrt, De Kazerne, Koffiemiep and the modern Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Oisterwijk-Tilburg, a dynamic environment for working and staying has been created. All this in an impressive industrial setting.

U Building

In the heart of the former leather factory, the U-building, you will find the new Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Oisterwijk-Tilburg with 68 modern rooms. The Atrium is the heart of this unique location and looks truly magical with its large glass roof. You can walk in here without obligation to experience the atmosphere. The facade of the hotel is lined with leather, reminding you of times gone by. On the other side of the Atrium you will find the offices and meeting rooms.

Boiler House I The Steam Engine

On the grounds of the KVL factory you will also find the former Boiler House, whose entrance leads you past a 100-year-old, still working, steam engine. By appointment you can take a tour of The Steam Engine.
