The municipality of Oisterwijk consists of the nuclei Oisterwijk, Moergestel, Haaren and Heukelom and has over 32,000 inhabitants. Apart from Oisterwijk you can also endlessly enjoy the beautiful nature in Moergestel, Haaren and Heukelom. The varied cycling and walking routes take you through the villages where you can see many 'Pearls in 't groene'. It is definitely worth a visit to these typical Brabant villages.

    In Oisterwijk nature, culture and cosiness come together. You will find atmospheric streets, historical sites and enjoy stores and terraces. Just outside the center is the former Leather Factory KVL. Unique is its location near the Oisterwijkse Bossen en Vennen, perfect for a walk, bike ride or moment of tranquility.

  • Moergestel, lively, village-like and green

    Moergestel is a pleasant village with a lively center and a pleasant village atmosphere. You will find nice stores, restaurants and a rich club life. Around the village are beautiful walking and cycling routes through nature reserve Moergestels Broek and along the Reusel. On the river you can also enjoy a canoe trip.

    The smallest core is located in a quiet farming landscape, near the Oisterwijkse Bossen en Vennen. Cycle or walk past meadows and characteristic farms, where regional products are sometimes for direct sale, or enjoy the woods and fens.

    Haaren is a typical rural village surrounded by beautiful nature, where you will find Landgoed en Kasteel Nemerlaer and the vast nature of the Kampina. It is a perfect starting point for a bicycle or walking tour through the green countryside. Along the way you will come across plenty of locations with delicious regional products.
